Beritnae Oreum

Beritnae Oreum is a relatively low oreum located in Jungmun-dong, situated around the eastern hillside of Cheonjeyeon Valley. The Jeju Olle Trail Course 8 passes here, and you can reach the summit observatory in about 20–30 minutes by following the well-maintained deck paths and stairs. From the top, you’ll enjoy outstanding panoramic views of Hallasan, downtown Jungmun, Beomseom, and the blue southern sea spread out before you. In particular, it is formed atop cliff terrain connected to Cheonjeyeon Valley, offering a different charm from typical oreum. In spring, you can see camellias and canola flowers, and beautiful views can be enjoyed year-round—making it a hidden gem for a light walk while taking in Jeju’s nature.
