The scenery is especially striking as red leaves color the landscape along a broad rock-bed valley where water doesn’t usually flow—so it gets crowded from early morning in autumn. The entire path is rocky, so comfortable clothes and sneakers are a must, and watch your step as the rocks can be slippery. If you’re visiting on a weekend, coming early in the morning is recommended.
