Located in Pyoseon-myeon, Seogwipo-si, this natural recreation forest is one of Jeju’s 대표 forest 여행 destinations, where dense cedar groves, Korean red pine forests, and natural woodland come together. Inside the forest are well-made trails such as the barrier-free Nanum Forest Trail, Sangjatseong Forest Trail, and Haemaji Forest Trail, making it easy for visitors of all ages to enjoy a relaxing walk. The cool scenery created by cedar trees aged 50+ is especially memorable, and if you follow the Haemaji Forest Trail up to Malchatoreum, you can take in views of Hallasan, nearby oreum, and pastoral landscapes. It pairs well with a visit to the nearby Saryeoni Forest Path, and is a healing spot in Jeju where you can feel the beauty of the forest year-round.
