A natural nutmeg yew forest and one of Jeju’s 대표 natural attractions, designated as Natural Monument No. 374. Spanning about 440,000㎡, the forest is home to thousands of nutmeg yew trees, many 500–800+ years old, forming a large colony. It is also known as a rare pure stand of nutmeg yew on a global scale. As you walk the trail, you can enjoy the deep shade from the dense canopy, clean air, and abundant phytoncides, drawing visitors year-round. The walking paths are relatively gentle, making them easy for visitors of all ages, and throughout the forest you can experience Jeju’s unique ecosystem and the beauty of nature. A must-visit healing spot in eastern Jeju.
