소개
Located on Udo’s west coast, this beach is also widely known as Seobinbaeksa. The white sand that fills the shore is not ordinary sand, but is formed over a long period by accumulated fragments of red algae (rhodoliths), creating a rare and distinctive coastal landscape. The emerald sea and snow-white beach blend to create an exotic scene, making it one of Udo’s top tourist attractions.
With relatively shallow water and clear seawater, it’s great for a leisurely walk while enjoying the coastal scenery. On clear days, the sea’s color appears even more vivid, perfect for beautiful photos. Udo’s coastal road runs around the area, so it’s also a must-stop spot on popular Udo routes by bicycle or electric car. Many visitors come especially around sunset to enjoy the striking view where sea and sky meet.
