From the entrance, the refreshing view of Susan Reservoir opens up wide, and you can reach the summit in about 15–20 minutes—perfect for a light, stroll-like hike. Midway up, there’s a famous swing photo zone where you can capture Susan Reservoir and Hallasan in the background, drawing many visitors. From the top, enjoy sweeping views of the Aewol fields, Susan Reservoir, and even distant Hallasan. With a relatively low difficulty level, it’s also an easy climb for families with children. Connected to the Jeju Olle Trail Course 16, it’s great to visit along with the Olle route, and a walk to the nearby Japanese black pine grove makes for an even more relaxing outing—one of Aewol’s hidden oreum gems.
