It’s a very popular place for seeing Hallasan covered in snow, so it gets extremely crowded.

The parking lot is small, so people end up parking along the roadside—making it very crowded and a bit dangerous.

If you’d rather avoid the parking hassle, simply enjoying the route as a drive-only course is still wonderful.
