소개
Located on Udo’s eastern coast, this beach is known for its black sand—reflected in its name, which means “black sand” in the Jeju dialect. Tucked beneath Udobong, the small beach features a distinctive scene where black sand, blue sea, and rugged rock cliffs come together. At the far end of the beach are a sea-eroded cave and Dongangyeonggul, tied to a local legend that a whale once lived there, and the scenery is considered beautiful enough to be counted among the Udo Eight Scenic Views. With close-up views of Udobong and the Huhaeseokbyeok cliffs, it is also a popular spot for walks and photography. It is a 대표 attraction where you can experience Udo’s extraordinary coastal landscape shaped by nature.
