Biyangdo

A small islet off the northeastern coast of Udo, reachable on foot via a bridge connecting it to Udo’s main island. With green grasslands stretching across the island and coastal scenery all around, it’s known as a place where you can discover a different charm of Udo. Thanks to its relatively quiet atmosphere, it’s great for a relaxed stroll, and the views of Seongsan Ilchulbong and the Jeju sea are also beautiful.

Biyangdo is especially loved by travelers who enjoy backpacking against the backdrop of open meadows and the ocean. Spending a night in nature, you can take in sunrise and sunset as well as the stars overhead, making it one of Jeju’s 대표 backpacking destinations. Walking along the coastal trail, you can experience Udo’s peaceful landscapes and the beauty of the Jeju sea up close.
