This is a beautiful coastal road running along the shoreline of Sinchang-ri, Hangyeong-myeon. It’s well known for its unique view of offshore wind turbines lined up out at sea, creating an exotic atmosphere even by Jeju standards. The emerald-colored water and windmills make it a popular photo spot, and the scene becomes even more stunning around sunset when the sky and sea glow red.
