This cherry blossom spot is located around Aewol High School. Every spring, the king cherry trees lining both sides of the road come into full bloom, creating a stunning cherry blossom tunnel. It’s one of the most popular cherry blossom destinations, along with Jeonnong-ro in Jeju City, yet it tends to feel more relaxed, making it ideal for enjoying the blossoms at an unhurried pace. At peak bloom, the long stretch of pink blossoms is perfect for a walk or a scenic drive, and it’s also a favorite photo spot. The view of cherry blossoms against a clear blue sky is especially beautiful, so it remains a beloved stop on Jeju spring itineraries. It’s also great to visit together with the nearby Aewol Coastal Road. This is the school entrance—please be considerate so as not to disturb students.
