소개
This oreum rises to 539 m above sea level, and its name is said to have originated from its cat-like shape. It features a horseshoe-shaped crater that opens to the east, and the harmony of dense natural woodland and cedar forest trails makes it one of Jeju’s most forest-charming oreum. Around the oreum, the Hallasan Dulle-gil (Trail) and the Sinryecheon Ecological Exploration Trail are connected, offering a variety of trekking routes. Deep in the forest, Haegmeuni-so—where cliffs, a waterfall, and a deep pool come together—lies hidden away. From the summit, you can enjoy views of Hallasan, Sara Oreum, and the Seongneol Oreum area, and it is also famous for its beautiful cherry blossom road in spring and vibrant autumn foliage. A special natural attraction where you can experience both Jeju’s oreum scenery and primeval-forest-like woodland trails.
