소개
Located off the coast of Gosan-ri, Hangyeong-myeon, Jeju-si, this is Jeju’s largest uninhabited island and a signature nature attraction of western Jeju. It takes about 10 minutes by boat from Jagunae Port to reach the island, and it’s famous for its stunning views where steep coastal cliffs, unusual rock formations, and the deep-blue sea come together. Walk along the island’s coastal trail to experience Jeju’s pristine nature up close, and enjoy nearby activities such as sightseeing cruises and sea-fishing experiences. In particular, Beombawi Rock, Janggunbawi Rock, and sea caves around 차귀도 are considered some of Jeju’s finest coastal scenery and are also beloved as sunset-viewing spots. If you want to feel the grandeur of Jeju’s nature, this is well worth a visit.
