This is a camellia viewing spot located at the entrance to Castlelex Jeju CC. Along Jeju’s traditional stone walls, bright red camellias bloom, letting you feel Jeju’s distinctive atmosphere. In winter, it’s well known as a photo spot visited by many travelers and photography enthusiasts. Rather than a long walking trail, the highlight is the scenery created by camellia trees planted along the roadside and around the stone walls—an especially beautiful contrast between the black basalt walls and vivid red camellias. Though the section is relatively short, it’s a hidden gem for capturing Jeju’s winter scenery.
