소개
A natural attraction on Udo’s east coast. It was named “Tolcani” because the cove-like terrain dips inward, resembling a cow’s feed trough. With a shore covered in black pebbles and distinctive rock cliffs, it offers a unique Udo seascape, and together with Gwangdaekoji forms one of Udo’s 대표적인 meokdol (black pebble) coasts. As vehicle access is difficult, it tends to remain relatively quiet—great for a peaceful seaside walk or simply enjoying the ocean view. The outlook is especially beautiful with Seongsan Ilchulbong and the Jeju sea visible together, making it popular for photos and sunrise viewing. The tuff cliffs formed by hardened volcanic ash and the pebble beach also hold geological value, letting you experience Udo’s nature up close.
